1. Platform Role and Disclaimer

AutoFixNaija is a technology platform that connects vehicle owners (“Customers”) with independent mechanics (“Mechanics”). AutoFixNaija does not provide vehicle repair services, does not employ Mechanics, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any services provided. All Mechanics operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for their services, compliance with local laws, licenses, insurance, pricing, and workmanship.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when using the Service. AutoFixNaija reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in harmful or unlawful conduct.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to: . Provide accurate vehicle and service details . Review estimates before approving work . Inspect completed repairs before final acceptance . Resolve disputes directly with Mechanics when possible

4. Mechanic Responsibilities

Mechanics agree to: . Provide accurate and honest service descriptions and pricing . Perform work according to agreed-upon terms . Perform services in a professional and timely manner . Resolve disputes in good faith with Customers . Communicate clearly with Customers throughout the repair process . Maintain require licenses, permits, and insurance . Comply with local laws and regulations . Maintain professional standards and safety practices

5. Payment and Fees

Payments may be processed through third-party providers. AutoFixNaija may charge commissions, service fees, or platform fees as described on the Pricing page or within the Service. AutoFixNaija is not responsible for payment disputes between Customers and Mechanics beyond the platform’s stated processes.

6. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” AutoFixNaija makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoFixNaija shall not be liable for: . Personal injury, property damage, or vehicle damage . Lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages . Actions or omissions of Mechanics or Customers AutoFixNaija’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to AutoFixNaija for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoFixNaija, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of: . 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and construed in accordance with such laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before litigation, unless prohibited by law.

AutoFixNaija may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
